RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING
Faithful
to the core AF&SDB men are
recruited based on their achievements with uniform norms. We helieve in moulding our front guards to be
smart, alert, honest, punctual and loyal to the organization. The recruitment wing is headed by an
efficient, experienced, retired Army Officer.
Our source of intake is primarily ex-servicemen and ex-para military
personnel and young energetic smart Boys in the age group of 25 to 45
years. They undergo a thorough screening
about their antecedents and family background. Before recruiting the security guards their
original testimonials like secondary school leaving certificate, ration card,
voter I.D. card, etc. are verified.
We believe in sourcing people who have been trained to lead
a disciplined life.
AF&SDB men are trained to discharge their duties under the most demanding
conditions. They are trained in fire
fighting, handling riots and gheraos apart from administering basic first aid
treatment. A unique training in speaking
and telephone attending manners are imparted.
A special care is taken in Training.
These men are meet all the exclusive demands/requirements of customer
every needs.
SUPERVISORY STAFF
We have a team of experienced Operation Manager, Security
Officers, Field Officers to effectively deploy and monitor the day to day functioning
of security staff. We have ensure a
flawless feedback system exist, so that any problems arised at any point of
time, information received from the clients, trickles down from Operation
Manager to Field officers to take immediate action to resolve the problem
